We're sure you'll be happy with your RainSack. In the unlikely event that you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase
and we'll give you a full refund including shipping. Before returning any merchandise, please see the instructions for Returns below.Returns
In order to receive a refund for returned
merchandise, please read and follow these instructions:

within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please provide your order number, name, date of purchase and the reason for returning your RainSack. We will then send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
Once you have the shipping label, return the merchandise in it's original packaging.
When we receive the returned merchandise, we will immediately issue a full refund to the credit card account used to make the purchase.
Privacy
This is pretty simple. We hate Spam and telemarketers just as much as you do. So we won't share the information you give us with any third party that is not directly involved with
fulfilling your order. We will not contact you by e-mail or any other means except to fulfill your order, answer your questions, or otherwise reply to communication that you have initiated. So there.
